Most businesses don’t know about this but...
The reviews you get are not only for your reputation
But also...they are FOR YOU TO ANSWER.
Almost nobody does it and it’s borderline stupid...
Just reply to all of your reviews.
Example:
Hey John, it was a pleasure serving you as a client in {XYZ} area. The process of the {service} we did for you was smooth and enjoyable. Thanks for trusting us with your {whatever they had}, and we will keep in touch.
Benefits of this message:
1) Shows Google that you are active - > Ranks you higher
2) They are more likely use your service next time
3) Signals to potential clients that you care about the custoemers.
Three targets...with on shot.
So stop ghosting your reviews and start blasting replies.
